  1. The Silky saw finishing the backcut off, brilliant! the first video has such an eerie silence about it once the cutting has stopped....the mist and the view and just the faint sound of a distant saw. On the second i wasn,t awake enough to read the description. too busy checking it was set to 1080p and headphones to maximum...almost blew my eardrums out! (In a very good "Wake the hell up" way)
  2. I still have "Banana Splits" by The Dickies on yellow vinyl
  3. :marchmellow:Trying to Snow!
  4. I never transport anything in the hopper..for many reasons.
  5. Keep me informed as to how you find...although I reckon I already know the answer!
  6. I was waiting for you to pipe up Trooper.....the webbing used on the bridge it outstandingly strong as is the entire harness. . Reasuringly heavy.
  7. Just had a great ZigZag-Zillon Blue Tongue couple of days
  8. Sounds good Phedders..got a Pic.?
  9. My first 2 harnesses were weaver.....unbelievably strong and well made...a saddle really..crafted by the Amish I read. They will know quality stitching and leather work...superb pole saddle...like leather shoes have to wear-in
  10. Great Answer 7thDVL
  11. 50 quid is excellent for new tyres on your boots..especially the Magnificant Streams of Air! I Love em!
  12. Of course Marc...I'll set up the ZigZag on a pulley saver attatched to the new Sequoia or Austria 2 and you can work a tree or jump around one for as long as you like to get an idea of how good I know this system is! Looking forward to seeing/working and drinking with you my friend.
  13. And this Oak to clean up a bit...hopefully not too windy tommorow then. Pine's coming down but the height of the Oak and the fact it is quite exposed nay make it quite a blowy job...anyway im off to sleep and today's another day. As soon as they're done I can head down to Cornwall and do some work...need the money bad before Xmas. Looking forward to the road trip and meeting and writing about new friends....
  14. Started to rain heavily so called it a day...2 trees left. This Pine.
  15. Not really...I'm very happy with the life I have....VERY very happy in fact.
  16. Nice view of my mates house from this tree...we were in a band together and the same year at school...maybe if I'd tried a little harder I could have afforded a pad like this?
  17. Zigzag making every movement effortless!
  18. Really getting used to this harness by now.
  19. Only a rickety tree house to avoid.
  20. Chippings left on site
  21. The only time I'm happy using ladders is when I'm first anchored.
  22. Throwline and cambium saver installed.
  23. Got the chipper right into the garden
  24. Used my Sequioa for the first time (other than as a pole belt on a pine I took down) so first time using the rope anchor attatchment for positioning..bit daunting to see such a thin bridge but on the second and third tree I was in love with it.
