    Quick heads up to anyone in the Ashford area, my mitsubishi shogun 3.2 SWB commercial registration number wa02 unx was stolen from hastingleigh garage sometime this evening. The fuel pump had failed hence the garage visit and was seen being towed away by a black l200 this evening. Truck was really noticeable due to winch bumper, snorkel and big tyres, I had some adverts on eBay as I was planning to sell so those are / were mine before anyone sends any links. Any leads or information appreciated

    Hi, I have mixed hardwood cordwood for sale near ashford kent. 1st site is mainly birch with a small amount of oak, approx 30 tons. 2nd site is from an oak thinnings site and contains oak crown wood as well as smaller diameter straight stems and ash and hornbeam underwood, approx 60 tons. Artic access with a decent driver! Pm me for more details

    i had all this, revs would fluctuate when cutting and on idle. Difficult to start etc. My dealer read fault codes and changed carb to a new replacement and it has transformed it, apparently coils are then next item thats reccomended to change if the carb doesnt fix it. I brought 2 x 550's at the same time and 1 was perfect and the other a dog of a thing!

    if you want to have a go with a botex crane you can pop over one of our sites when we are extracting if you want?

    depends on ground conditions, flint and stone etc will slow you down and can cause the auger to run out if its real bad. what type of post and rail? face nailed or morticed? i did 120m of cleft 3 rail on my own in 2 days with a skidsteer and hydraulic borer for doing the holes with, also just done a load of square sawn post and rail with stock netting and averaged 100meters a day in terrible conditions.

    if it all goes wrong mate, stick some yellow tape across the doors paint the chipbox green and call it a john deere!! I'd stick to the back lanes if i was you!

    Got a 12" pto chipper on a 200 hp valtra with botex roof mounted crane and mog with chipbox. Could organise artic or 8 wheeler to chip into and based near tenterden so only down the road.

    What wood are you chipping? Conny chip doesn't generally go as far as other less green species

    Well if he wants to quote me a price to collect machine and drop it down to Kent it would be appreciated. There will be a loader of some variety at each end so should be a pretty straight forward job. When is he over there next??

    Hi, does anyone have any contacts for hauliers or oversize pallet freight companies that run from Southern Ireland to the uk (Kent). I need a piece of machinery moving but don't have any time to collect it myself, it's nothing massive (diesel post peeler) but too big for a conventional pallet. Any ideas??
