  7. They must get some tax credit top ups at 12 pence an hour And i agree Andy there are lots working for less than £12 an hour.
  8. Yes i use it single handed all the time, infact if i could i would use two at the same time but im not ambidextrous,i would give my right arm to be ambidextrous. Seriously i use it to cut and hold and have done for years.
  9. There are a few run around here a local building company have some and the NHS have three that are rigged up with gritters for the hospital. Some have a VW engine in 1700 (as gensetsteve says) and also a 2.3 (ish) the crew cab one i looked at that the local building company had was an iveco engine, i dont know if thats factory or aftermarket. They said parts were hard to come by and quite expensive, i like them

  11. With the price of fuel going up does anyone run an lpg pick up, van etc and would they recommend it? I will be upgrading my pick up soon and was considering an lpg alternative instead of diesel, i would be interested in views regarding reliability and repairs. thanks.

  21. ive just introduced my daughter to Kate Bush as she heard a song she liked, so i got out all the vinyl and then could not understand why i had stopped listening to her.   23. Good video mate i turned the sound off half way through as it was the things of leon as there rubbish, which was a real pity as i like the fact that you have the sound of the hinge cracking in there. But brilliant effort as ive never filmed any tree work so well done
  24. i would rather tell him what he was doing right than what he was doing wrong, the fact that you left him to get on with it and he done it ( regardless of the cuts) shows he is trying and did not sit down smoke a fag and text his girl. But its easy to pass comment on only seeing a snippet of the scenario you were faced.
