  1. If its a good pedestrian grinder you are looking for why not take a look at the 13hp FSI ST20B, excellent grinder for narrow access, very powerful for its size and has a slew ring for easier grinding. and all for around £4k + VAT. take a look at our website............
  2. If you want to see Timberwolf's solution to their bearing issue get in touch and I will show you the new TW240TDHB(t). I live up near you and will be happy to show you the chipper if your interested? Cheers Give me a call 07880 646067:thumbup:
  3. Machine Delivery & Preparation Spectrum Plant is looking for a person to prepare wood chippers, stump grinders and other light machinery for hire at its new West Midlands depot. You should be able to work as part of a team, have a good eye for detail and a basic understanding of light machinery. We can teach you the technical stuff but you must bring a desire to do things ‘right’. The role will include being a key interface with customers plus some local delivery and collection duties. PM me if you are interested:thumbup1:
  4. Depot Supervisor. As part of their continued growth, Spectrum Plant Ltd is looking for a wood chipper engineer to head up their new West Midlands depot. The role will be extremely varied as the new depot grows and will require strong technical and people skills. Ideally we are looking for someone with a sound arboricultural or ground care machinery background who is looking to make a step into a supervisory and customer facing role. The key factor will be a “can do” attitude and the ability to support customers to make sure they come back to us every time. Please PM me if you are interested:thumbup1:
  5. Just to throw a spanner in the works it will be well worth you having a look at the new Timberwolf TW240 turntable machine, 6" x 9" infeed with double edged blades, 750kg with turntable, massive rotor bearings, 34hp Kubota diesel engine, powerful in-feed rollers, an all round great machine. I am in the midlands with the demo machine on Monday, PM me if you want a look.

  7. If you are not getting a response from your TW Dealer give me a call to discuss and I will see what I can do, there could be a good reason your local dealer is not getting back to you. 07880 646067 Cheers Phil
  8. Might be worth speaking with your Timberwolf Dealer about the New TW240TDHB(t) ticks alot of the boxes ref earlier posts and is well worth checking out before you sign on the dotted line:thumbup:

  11. Just realised the post was from 18 months ago, I would have hoped you had fixed it by now:blushing::blushing:
  12. Shane, the complete flywheel design has changed and the TW240 boasts the probably the heaviest duty main rotor bearings of any chipper of its class. When you see them you will be impressed:thumbup1: The TW240TDHB(t) is an addition to the Timberwolf range, not a replacement for the TW150.
  13. Good choice, You wont be dissapointed:thumbup:
  14. The new spec sheet will be out very soon, a few of the major changes include. Revised design to the in-feed hopper to give better visibility of the feed rollers and also to reduce debris falling back onto the floor. New feed roller design for better gripping and snapping of forks. New flywheel design with innovative blade positioning for better, smoother chipping action. Side mounted feed and reverse buttons. Remote turntable release lever for easier, safer operation. Re positioned road lights. See through fuel and hydraulic oil tanks. The improvements made on the new spec TW240 will impress all of you who saw the original machine, those of you who did not see the original would be well advised to have a demo of this machine as soon as it is available, if you are in the market for a new trailed, sub 750kg chipper with a 6" x 9" in-feed, I believe you will have to go a long way to match the new Timberwolf TW240TDHB(t). :sneaky2:NOT THAT I AM BIASED OR ANYTHING:sneaky2:
