Neither are biscuits but you only live once! Ha ha! I am basing my diet on this but not being 100% strict. Sometimes it's a nightmare trying to get food out and about and easier to find something that is convenient! I've been doing a lot of sweetcorn and broccoli not much of the mash but it was on offer in Tesco!

Had to go and by a suit today as don't fit in my one anymore! Just had 2 sirloins, root veg mash and sweetcorn on the cob. Lovely stuff!

I'm having a frittata made for me. Eggs, kale, red onion, salami and peppers with sweet potato, tomatoes and garlic. Job done

Black tea is ok after a while if you don't make it too strong. Black coffee is fine as long as its proper coffee and not instant.

I've been getting sausages from a local farmers. No filler, just proper meat. Get good beef jerky as well if you get hungry

I was just under 15 stone when i started, I leveled out at about 13, ate loads of rubbish, felt rough and went up by about 5 or 6 pounds then got back to doing it properly. I'm at about 12 stone 10 ish now. Don't think the beer was doing me any favours!

I've cut alcohol out for the last few weeks and am down into the 12 stone bracket now. Got to the stage where it doesn't feel strange not reaching for the biscuit tin or crisp in the evening. Is everyone else still going?

Good for you. I'd imagine that your high horse is happier as well knowing that you aren't going to be tempted. Big J, I look out for your posts as you come across as a genuine chap and therefore I have a lot of time for your way of getting a point across.

So they're not even doing the paperwork? That sounds bizarre. Have you contacted the college administration? -

Correct me if I'm wrong but, I thought that the apprentice was trained how to do everything in the workplace and only went to the college to do the paperwork/portfolio side? -
