  1. Chicken for dinner tonight. I'm ever so excited. Might even do some sausages with bacon wrapped around them. Can't wait
  2. It may perform nicer without the spliced eye. If you have a splice cinched up close to the revolver or whatever you are using as a harness attachment, the throat of the Splice could sit funny
  3. Better to use the ovals. Keeps everything aligned properly that way
  4. I can't see the link to the petition?
  5. Can't say we'd spoken for a while so probably think I'll get over it quite quickly
  6. Got one of these. Very good. Cheap on ebay http://www.argos.co.uk/m/static/Product/partNumber/4441593.htm?CMPID=GS001&_$ja=cgid:17470601073|tsid:59157|cid:199887993|lid:94415121153|nw:g|crid:74692317393|rnd:2826799294942146031|dvc:m|adp:1o2|bku:1&gclid=CK_Qt5-Lw8oCFSX3wgodtawECA
  7. Who are the splicing courses with? Nod?
  8. Some wicked prizes so far.
  9. Two Keema nans. My goodness
  10. Sorry, Should clarify. REF. Dinner. I had Pizza and I will probably have Cheddar on my crackers
  11. What sort of Crisps? I've had my dinner. Fire is lit and going to have Cheese and crackers later.
  12. I shall wait for updates!
  13. Thank you for your kind offer but I have my dinners all planned out for next week and I think a change in personnel could have disastrous consequences for my forthcoming dinners.
  14. Chicken was nice
  15. Controversial post alert I wouldn't get Gerry's book at this stage in your career. The AA guide to good climbing practice is the best book for learners imo. Tree Climbers companion used to be the "go to" book but is sorely in need of updating. Gerry's book (as admitted by the man himself) needs an update as well. The other bit of advice I would give is don't practice until you get it right, practice until you can't get it wrong. Big difference!
  16. My dog is Red Mesterh, does this matter?
  17. Sad. Seemed like a nice bloke. Liked his films. RIP
  18. Would be a grand idea. Don't know what that would mean for my chicken though. Really don't think it would last any longer
  19. I feel I should add the flapjacks were prepared well away from the chicken, just in case any vegetarians are reading this and thinking of future trades
  20. What was the sandwich. I may have flapjacks available
  21. Bacon and potato actually
  22. I case my above post wasn't clear, I had a pie for dinner, not chicken. Sorry for any confusion
  23. Result mate. I got home and found that the wife had cooked a load of pies and whatnot. I was going to have chicken for dinner tonight but probably going to have chicken tomorrow now. Don't think it'll keep
  24. Knocked this up yesterday for a mate. 4m lanyard
