Haha yeah sure always worked like this, its common sense

I move up with the running saw in my hand and break off Imo its more efficient having the groundsperson just feeding the chipper rather than messing about pulling branches about in the drop zone, dragging and feeding, untangling ropes etc. Also it pisses me off having a mess to deal with when i come down, rather than a neat pile. Also alot of the work here is just to leave the branches and cord neatly stacked under the tree, its easier to stack branches from the air using cut and hold momentum and little flicks than wrestle them on the ground

why i think cut and holdings good, everything stacked neatly from the tree, butt ends a meter from the chipper infeed, not some big birds nest at the base of the tree that pisses everyone off! Yeah sure mate, when you over?

As title, downloaded onto computer 5 short videos. Can someone explain simply how i cut bits out of each one? then how do i stitch them together to make one video? Thanks:001_smile:

As those of you who have worked with me know, i have my own style of climbing, my own style of cutting, which has slowly developed over years of self taught daily work. i use a wide range of techniques and cuts that are never taught, and probabally never will be, but used with logic and common sence, the risks are minimal. I have worked with others who have commented that with my confidence and techniques, they struggled to see any H+S risks, or even that 95%+ of my work practices would fail NPTCs. However, i have worked alongside less experienced climbers who have not the strength or knowledge as myself, who have then jumped straight in at the deep end and tried copying my 'style' to try and keep up with my efficency(not just speed), but without applying common sence or logic, and as a result looked quite frankly dangerous. If there was to be a ticket for cutting and holding, it should be the hardest, longest most intense ticket going, as some people will never have the sence or ability to do it safety.

That mill looks a bit cumbersome with another saw head on aswell, compared to an alaskan of the same size, you could still keep the 070 buy a normal bar and use it on the alaskan?

Great post Being a bit thick, are Protiens lean meats and fish, and Carbohydrates are greens as a general rule? What about salts, sugars and fats? So 2 parts carb and 1 part protien is good for energy, what about if you want to bulk up too?

Jeeezz, Were his bones broken already? if not how did he break them? I guess desperation and determination can make you do extrodinary things. I saw the trailer last week, looks better than the film we ended up watching!
