Following the Arbfair North back in 2011 the plan was every other year meaning there should of been one this year. However following our move of premises we could not find the time nor expense to sort one this time around. Maybe in future though, sorry We will hopefully be sorting another northern climbing comp alongside 3ATC which might incorporate a few workshops, demonstrations etc. No further info on that as yet though

Hello Thomas, The kits we have put together are designed to save you a little money. It is cheaper than if you were to buy all the bits individually. Admittedly it's not a massive difference as margins are already tight but every little helps! Like others say though there'll no doubt be things in some of our kits that u may not need or what, you'll never please everyone unfortunately. If u wanted to make up a list of gear u were looking to purchase and call or email it through to us we'll endeavour to sort you out!

Finishing touches are being put in place for the PPE and Lowering showroom upstairs in the new place. Still needs a bit of a tidy, things need pricing and general sprucing up.... but we are getting there slowly but surely

Ah sorry i understand now. The way its redirected from the steel roof girder its not really set up to get to the height of the upper floor so we should be alright. If anyone climbs that high up anyway we just cut the rope above them and watch them plumet to the floor

Ah but it's not secured to the banister, the upper bracket goes between the spindles of the upper banister and bolted into the floor upstairs:thumbup: ....When I 'limb walked' the bannister however that's a different story!

They were made for us by a bloke close by to us. If it's made of metal, this fella can build it!

Yeah same technique as if you were using it with VT and Hitchclimber for example.... I had a hand and foot ascender though as I'm lazy

Had a blast with it in the shop with the Rope Wrench, worked great! Was just up and down the line a few times! Further testing in the field from you guys will be where we find out if its up to the job! .....admittedly I was on 11mm Marlow Aeris (Zigzags rated for 11.5mm - 13mm before anyone pulls me up)

We close after today not because the world has ended but because its that time of year again! We will reopen January 3rd. Orders placed today will leave as normal but any after that will be on hold until we return. So Merry Christmas to all of you and all the best for 2013.
