I fully understand what your saying and begrudgingly accept that we have decended into a liberal nanny state which is in itself disgusting and hard to swallow. I suppose its because as tree cutters we are a bit more old school and proud of it.

I dont see what your all getting wound up about. Employers have a legal duty to protect their employees, no questions asked. Its no different to your employers sending you out to work with deffective equipment.

i've used one before and as long as your not expecting to pull a flippin tank then you can find lots of uses for it. Guy i know got his from usa a lot cheaper than here, reckons its rated to a 3t pull. He mainly uses it for dragging brush up gardens that he piles up. Saves a massive amount of grunt. I give it a
