  1. So a couple of weeks on how's people finding these?
  2. Got fed up with the hopper on the big Vermeer getting knocked out of its stay grove and dropping down and bending so a bit of glueing stuff together with electricity and the buggers not going anywhere.
  3. Thought you'd end up with a bigger one to pull the mean green around!
  4. Used one like that in late 90's so she's a decent age, what I liked about it was you could take all the pins out the sides and put two in the rear sockets and cross load with short post length material to get a fairly rediculouse load on. No steering drawbar was a letdown and eventually stress fractures around where the main lift ram is was the final demise as it had basically rusted from the inside out so nothing solid left to weld too.
  5. I was thinking more you can tell who one hands the 201 with the difference between left and right arm size [emoji6]
  6. Well now you have the power and reach to run it it'd be rude not to have one [emoji1305]
  7. Well this makes the Stihl ones look very reasonably priced [emoji33]
  8. This thread or another Mick as everyone is talking about the Stihl ones and not these sordin one's??
  9. £100 for a set of big spanners from 27mm to 50mm is money well spent if you have hydraulic fittings to fight with.
  10. These actually look good as can fit the husky visors rather than the tiny stupid Stihl ones with springs that always disappear, any more information on them or is this just a proposed product?
  11. That's exactly what I've been thinking as ours are getting on a bit and sick of knocking them off the mounts all the time or using a zip tie.
  12. I bet it is a lot better, looked at retrofitting one to ours and probably will eventually.
  13. You've just described our excavator journey! Just added this to the E85's toybox and had my 13yo daughter practicing with the grab today while I messed around at the yard.
  14. Zt drive shaft snapped New one is definitely built different with a much more gradual taper
  15. Definitely runs that chipper well [emoji1305]
  16. That's exactly what I said at the time while spraying blood everywhere.
  17. Found a reason, momentary lapse of concentration, squish!
  18. Well rumour has it all the holding tanks at the docks are full to brim and they are weighting till price absolutely peaks before releasing it.
  19. What's it feel like with having the cab raised a bit to operate?
  20. Disk shaft on zt grinder snapped New one is definitely a bit better designed!
  21. They say oil hasn't been this highly recommended per barrel since 10 year's ago but fuel was under a quid then.... Oil companies will be announcing record profits again soon and the government have increased taxes on fuel as a green insensitive to try and put people onto more efficient fuel sources. All fair enough but 50% of that profit and all of that tax should be getting invested into development and implementation of the infrastructure required to use these alternatives which I bet only a small amount actually is after the massive bonuses the ones running these things award themselves.
  22. I blame the operator myself [emoji57][emoji6]
  23. Anybody use a brush attachment on the excavator and have any recommendations preferably held in the grab.
  24. Depends how deep but 3 - 5 min a piece I'd confidantly say for the big bandit we use
  25. Yeah very little point in them building something we wouldn't be allowed to use to its fullest potential as a road registered vehicle
