Not had the tipping trailer on it yet but luckily that's less than 3 year old and has massive twin ram's but will still be interesting to see how much quicker it tips it. Good tip settings up the different driver profiles as different tasks, going to have the head guy from the dealer's give me a bit of tuition on getting the best from the options when I go pick the 131 up next week after a bit of fettling and sevice.

Definitely a big learning curve on how to get the best out of all the options, got a whole heap of functions that we will probably never need but a load that definitely will make life easier.

It's a T214 direct so 230hp with the smothest auto gearbox I've ever used. Has reverse drive which is really strange to start with but haven't had much time to play with that yet. Long term we might go for a jake plate mounted crane but who knows, for now it's going to be hauling the Merlo and chipper trailer.

New tractor added to replace the T162 after it unfortunately turned into a lemon and started costing way to much in breakdown repairs and lost time Should be interesting putting this to work and hopefully finding a way to utilize the reverse drive.

Well I think a few of those will be getting ordered tomorrow. Do you use them on the return line as well as the case drain.

Sounds like a really good and inexpensive Idea to help protect the machine pump and valve's, do you simply have them before the quick connection on the return lines? I'm guessing they are a sealed unit you just replace every so often?

I have a front PTO reversing gearbox and mounting plate for a mog hanging around the workshop if anyone needs one and wants to make a sensible offer

Cheers Eddie I'd say I'm after a finishing off flail to do the last bit of tidying up in a job after chipping or clearing away the brambles before starting cutting rather than going full fixed tooth mulcher to take on total clearance jobs, I'd rather get someone in set up for this if it comes around. We run one on the e26 for the same purpose but having one for the bigger machine makes sense as either could be on site.

Very good points, going to have a good crawl around and look to see if it has a place ready to install a line but failing that a t off and change to free flow return might have to do for now

Question for the hydraulic experts Thinking of getting a flail for our new to us bobcat e85 it has twin aux lines for everything but not a back to tank drain line fitted but the return line on the main aux circuit can be changed to a non pressure return to tank line with a simple valve under the cab for running high flow single acting attachments. So the question is can Both the return line and case drain line be fitted into this same return line by way of a t piece of some description or do I need to fit another dedicated line for the case drain like what we have on the smaller e26? Hopefully my description and question makes sense.

New to us bobcat e85 arrived this week Straight in the workshop to turn this pile Into a new quickhitch bracket for the shear and old grab I had lying around til the new one turns up Both bobcats fit on the big trailer nicely together too

Got the 200 as a fixed and a 250 as swing rotation and what can I say, I ain't broken them yet and they have cut some tonnage of understory and hedging between them Very good at rehandling and stacking material and should you somehow managed to damage the blade it's easily replaced although not cheap as it's made out of some seriously strong star material.
