Believe me when I say it takes far more effort to sned out and bundle up brash by the arm full then it is to to grab a few but ends and and haul it out. I can't really offer any decent advice to the op on how to deal with it other than make it crystal clear to the workers about the consequences of their actions. In regards to docking their pay I'm fairly sure you could, as its negligence but I think it comes down to what is written in their contract. It's not s road that many small business would go down mind. It could be a storm in a tea cup when you actually see the damage done. Hopefully! I hope you can sort it out with minimal cost and grievance

I'm sorry to hear about your injury. The woodcraft forum used to be impressive too. Some of the tables and chairs where brilliant. I guess the last few years may have seen a down turn in the demand for wood carvings and furniture. -

I'd have to go back and check out dinosaurs roaming the planet. After that I'd check out how caveman lived to see if they really mixed concrete in a pelican to see how factually correct the Flintstones was. Watching how the pyramids and stonehenge being built would be incredible.

No clue yet as I haven't had a chance to open them. Two kids up at 0530 then preparing and cooking a silly about of food for Christmas dinner. I'm guessing that there's a McMurty with a big red bow tied around it with my name on a set of keys sitting on the driveway.

Thats really a question? Working conditions are relative to the job that you are doing at the time. The needs of someone fighting in Afghanistan are different to those of someone peeling spuds in Poland. Maybe supply them with the right equipment, training and support to carry out the task in hand then follow that up with any necessary support required after they have carried out said tasks. It's hardly rocket science.🚀

I'll bet that their job spec and wages aren't the same now as what they signed up to. Hence the strike. I'll also bet not many of them had a goods might sleep on the night of striking.

From what I can see that is the big issue. It would seem that the Tories want the nhs to collapse for some reason. I wonder what that could be. Personally I would want to be paid a mahoosive amount of money to be a nurse or paramedic. An old mate of mine is a paramedic, the crap they see and deal with is not something I would like to do on a daily basis. Pay them a bleedin decent wage, they look after us in our hour of need.

There are plenty of members on AT from across the globe, so what are you paying atm for gas and electricity? UK is capped at the following Gas 10.33p per kwh Electricity 34.04p per kwh.
