  1. heres an image, hope it helps.
  2. you want to find the video file itself, should end in something like .avi or .mp4 (there are a few other extensions they could end in, i just dont remember)
  3. Ya, not to hard, just create a youtube account, click the big yellow upload button, then click upload video button, find the video on your computer, and click ok, it should start uploading straight away. then whilst its uploading you can edit the description and title, etc.
  4. Are they already on your computer Stevie? if not, its a long process, if they are, just upload them to youtube or another video sharing website. get the link to the video and paste in in the textbox, the forum should automatically change the link into a watchable video if you have put the correct link in.
  5. Find the link your looking for, select it by clicking and dragging accross the whole link untill it is all highlighted, right click on it, click copy, open up arbtalk, in the textbox window, right click, and click paste. Ill get some pics for you in a minute.
  6. when i did my course at college last year, i was fairly unfit, and was working on a belly. I would have been screwed if i had to do some sort of fitness test, but i managed well, and worked hard. Since i've finished college, and started doing some work, ive gotten fitter, but my belly is still there (what can i say, love my food)

  15. bonsai trees?
  16. Hope this helps Stevie, Copied it from "The Tree Climbers Companion" (very good book) 1) Install and isolate the throwline around the crotch. Pass the running end through the large ring and the working end (end with throwbag) through the small ring. The throwbag will nedd to be removed first and then reattached afterward. If the ring of the throwbag slips through the ring of the false crotch, attach a karabiner to the throwbag ring. Raise the false crotch into the tree by pulling on the throwline. 2) Pull on the throwline until the device just reaches the crotch. Give a quick pull and the deice will flip into position in the crotch. 3) lower the throwbag and line back to the ground 4) secure the throwline to the rope with two clove hitches (half hitch in between is optional) and pull through the rings and back to the ground.
  17. tried it 3 times and it got me all 3 times
