  1. lol it would have bin fine mate if i ent fell asleep it come out 20mins later than it should have :lol: got another in the oven now funny i was talking to dad today as he poped over to have a look at his saw and take it we was taliking about the 441 and 660 saying that they will be sitting under the bench now i have the 2 ported husqs as spare and i think u no what saw is next lol

  3. I bet with a bit of running in I would beat a standered 660 with that ported 372 I will run it in a put it against mine to prove a point :-) Oh and that cake look a little over cooked ;-)

  5. i must say i was impressed with that little 346 that was really dry (hard elm) should have run peters 660 against the 372 would have beat it :thumbup1:

  10. If ur just cutting grass eg after mowing the grass to trim the edges up star line is the best there is If u want to cut longer grass weeds etc u want to be looking at cord in the 3.5-4 mm range Oregon Starline strimmer line 2.4mm | F R Jones and Son

  14. nice vid there mate i enjoyed it 2 things (1)try to not rock the saw in the cut u get a much better finish (i try to run my mill a 10 degrees to the trunk so the nose is just in front or just behind the drive wheel ) hope that makes sence 2 when u leave the cut rock the nose or the dog side out first so the front and back rail still stay on the wood helps to keep the cut straight and what chain u using im not putting a downer on ur vid as i would like a vid of my work like that just try to help u out a bit cheers martin
  15. me and wolfman/wolfie lifted his cs100 up a big step he had the hopper end and i had the spoult end we managed to lift is a good 12inch but lifting it more that 18inch with 2 men would be pushing it

  18. Stared another job for spud today and found out the honey bees that are making a nest in my workshop didn't like the milling machines Though this swath is hot for some reason looked up and bees lol So started chip box again so here u got josh one side done just need to weld it up

  21. U want a jo- beau or cs100 green mech 2or 3 wheelie bins and jobs a good one iv done my fair Share of them jobs The timberwolf is ok but for them jobs the jo-beau or cs100 are king fires straight into the wheelie bins so u don't have to move chip Hope that helps Cheers martin
  22. :lol::lol: just buy a 880 and port it :lol: rich loves the stihls so everyone is a winner rich I would recommend a husq 560 for a good starter saw in the arb world so if a ported saw is not a good idea for a new bloke whats the difference between a ported 357 and a husq 560 IMO a ported husq 357 is one hell of a saw if u want a good all rounder (560) is the new model iv had a go with a 560 there a good saw here is a good list for you husq 346 bit small IMO 357 365 372 560 STIHL 361 441 460 look at the 60-70 cc range my first saw was a 441 and yes to be fair it was heavy for somethings but I could do big and small tree work with it
