  1. I might put that in my useful stuff section on the website sounds like a top tip to me.

    Rattlewedge | F R Jones and Son

  3. I've updated that product now.

    Max rope length 13mm

    Cheers,

    Justin.

  4. We all get offered the same discounts some of us choose pass it on some don't. I'm sure you don't all quote tree jobs at the same price I bet there can be £200 difference in your quotes. You will all have your reason for your prices, as do we (I'm not going to give away my secrets and reasons on an open forum). But until the law changes we will always try and keep our prices low. Stihl can't tell us how to price as that's price fixing, and so is a cartel.
  5. I think I'll offer my stuff and bits up for when I'm gone as well. Some one may even be able to fix something with all the scaffolding in my back.
  6. It's also worth looking at the Helko Range as well.
  7. A 441 bar will fit no problem, sorry Rupe I had the book to my left and a beer to my right.
  8. If they where from me I'll have the serial numbers for you. Unless they catch them it won't help but if you give me a bell I'll look them up for you.
  9. There are ways I can help you guys out if your Pro users, you would need to ring us so we can explain how we do it. If you have a team of guys working for you then in my eyes it might be worth me making the visit for the first time, as I'm sure with our pricing you would be using us again. Once I've seen you once we can trade over the phone no problem. :001_smile:
  10. I don't like the policy as much as you lot don't. But I have to follow the rules. I do have vans on the road and travel a lot so it's worth ringing us.
  11. The Stihl policy applies to anything branded as Stihl, even down to hats and key rings. Having said that our vans and staff are up and down the country quite regular so we can often be in your area.

  18. Sounds good to me. Beer Pub Indian What's not to like.
  19. As Duncan Bannatyne says. Its a rediculous score, a waste of my time, so for that reason I'm out.
  20. No problem if you do it online you won't get the postage.

  21. Yes mate a pair it is.

  22. The MS260 has been replaced now with the MS261 The full spec is here for you. Stihl MS 261 chainsaw (50.2cc) | F R Jones and Son You may find some dealers with the MS260 but be quick as our all went about a month ago. Both are great saws and you won't go wrong with a Stihl.
