  1. I don't see how trees can be a listed feature of house or it grounds.
  2. After 11AM and before 9PM for phone calls is absolutely fine on a sunday, IMO.
  3. Define "Budding"??????????? The buds are already there when the leaves fall.
  4. They drop there dirty leaves in my pool, the buggers!!!
  5. You generally cannot fill an artic with green Oak, its too heavy, we've often had to remove a few sticks after checking the on lorry scale.
  6. The Cheetah actually said was "I love trees, but………………..":biggrin:
  7. Yes but they got so big and "Dangerous!!!!" luckily we can now make them safe
  8. Really???? Ragwort pulls up with ease and Knotweed simply requires systematic spraying or injecting with glyphosate for 3 to 5 years, hardly expensive if you do it yourself.
  9. David this thread was a little under a year ago http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/general-chat/69804-willing-do-voluntary-work.html#post1061800 how much experience have you gained since then?
  10. Call outs used to excite me, but not these days are long gone.
  11. I wouldn't hold your breath:001_rolleyes::lol:
  12. Not sure how the split on the first one is better??

    Quins .

    Lounge surely???????????
  14. Here we go!! Of cause there is more to tree work than climbing, BUT the good climber can do ALL aspects of the work, they wouldn't be asking anyone to do anything they could not do themselves. As stated in my earlier post and in my signature this is simply my personal opinion
  15. Personally I would not want to be asking any one to do something I could not do myself, I know plenty of team leaders/Forman who when challenged by other climbers on the team, who have not wanted to carry out the task required, have got up there and shown them how its done. Leading by example is aways best, IMO.
  16. Some peoples lives are so sad and empty, reading parts of this thread is truly depressing.
