  1. Not at all, they are victims, blaming them would be like blaming those who consume the food for their food poisoning, rather than blaming the chef.
  2. But you are happy to "turn a blind eye" to people being "disappeared" concentration camps, organ harvesting, cooking dogs and other animals alive..... etc, etc........
  3. Are you really that thick? We have all collectively been complicit in ignoring how vile China really is. They are no better than Hitler. They put muslims in concentration camps!!! And we just ignored it because we got half decent stuff for peanuts. And now we are getting what we deserve. Wether this virus is deliberate or accidental, its down to the way the filthy Chinese live. IMO, it time to freeze them out, don't finance their appalling system.
  4. Talk about ignorant!! They probably shot any infected people and harvested their organs!! Wake up man!!!
  5. Really!!?? Really!!?? We in the west have collectively turned a blind eye to China's appalling record on human right, treatmeant of animals and shocking lack of democracy for decades, because they provide us with cheap convenient products, but boy are we reaping our just desserts now!!! Going forward I am going to make it my mission in life to never again buy Chinese products, it won't be easy, but I will be giving it my all to boycott them!!
  6. What do you mean? I submit my return the end of the month following the end of the quarter, they then take the moneys due IN FULL by direct debit.
  7. We are pretty lucky really. I work with my son, who is currently living at home. So if customers are happy and prepared to stay well away from us, we are just cracking on and working for now. Don’t know how long we will be able to keep going, got a few weeks work in, but I doubt we will get much new work in the coming weeks.
  8. Its not about drinking, its about keeping people apart. Stay home and drink all you like, you can't infect yourself.
  9. Which is fine, until they get ill and expect the NHS to save them. Maybe we could set up an "opt out" system, where those who choose to go the pub etc, agree to die quietly, with no NHS care, if infected
  10. Exactly! I think some people worry far to much.
  11. Oh dear...................
  12. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is an arm of the state and has a great deal of power. Claiming something is from them when it is not, is pretty serious, IMO. Its like inspecting your own car and then claiming its been MOT'd or writing to your neighbour, but making the letter appear its from the police. Basically its fraud. Now surely those behind this fiasco where not intending fraud, so I presume they are very stupid.
  13. How could anyone be stupid enough to produce or re-produce anything headed with "HSE" rather than "H&S" what on earth did they think the "E" stood for??
  14. You would hope so given the extra work and energy required to produce charcoal.
  15. When it comes to tinder, you're better filling it in yourself.
  16. If its serious they will see you straight away, IME. I've never gone to hospital by ambulance, always got there under my own steam and always been seen ASAP.
  17. Indeed, most doctors were apposed to the NHS at it's inception. Bevin said he had to "stuff their mouths with gold" to get them onboard.
  18. I can never understand the way people equate privatising of parts of the NHS with privatising the railways, water, gas, post office etc? I don't ever recall not being charged for a rail ticket, water, gas, post etc, etc...... Surely the important principle regarding the NHS is that its free at the point of delivery. I really don't care who's providing the care, so long as its good. Much of the NHS has aways been provided by private contractors, most doctors are not employed by the NHS, they are self-employed and run their own Co's, contracted to the NHS. I think any government will have great difficulty trying to charge people for their health care, other than through taxation. Most folk just won't have it, IMHO.
  19. I have only ever had excellent service from the NHS. I've had 3 operations over 24 years due to work accidents. On each occasion I was seen immediately and operated on the following day. The aftercare has aways been excellent. My 4 children were all delivered by the NHS and again excellent care was given. I have on virtually every occasion I have interacted with the NHS I have seen lazy, often obese staff doing very little. And members of the public not doing as asked or having unrealistic expectations.

Pretty sure that’s Pop, probably just a cunning plan to get shut?
  21. Yeah, tend to have very poor unions with included bark, need to take care when climbing them, its very easy to accidentally snap off quite large limbs, which can tear down the stem badly.
