  10. Not all the time, Ive had climbers laughing there balls off because they've had it easier up the tree on certain jobs, Then other times ive done the same to the climber when the climbs harder, Swings and roundabouts.
  11. If you dont ask you dont get, If you ask the question about the company providing accomodation, It makes you look serious about the job, The fact that your willing to travel to work, That Would speak volumes if i was a boss, You never know, They might have a caravan in there yard OR a luxury pent house horse box if your lucky.
  12. I cant recommend Arbinsure enough, They were great for me As mentioned tho, Ring round and get a few quotes mate, As whats good one for one, May not be for another
  13. I agree with Josh, Travel round Rhys, You'll get great experience and see loads of different techniques as different companys, Always do things slightly different. Last year when work was very slow round here, I went down to Coventry as Simon (BBB) on here started a new contract and needed more people, I Had a great time, worked hard and met some great people, That are now my friends, I spent 7 weeks there coming back at weekends, It was great. In the mean time when i was back at weekends id ring round to see if anybody more local was getting busy and they were, I honoured my agreement in Cov and by the time i got back, Things had picked up.
  14. Yes you will, Good people get paid good money. Experience is the key and until you have got it, You have to take the crap money on the chin.
