It looks like that most developers are of the same school. I did some work for one company, it took them 90 days to pay me, had every excuse thrown at me , i now ask for a 25% deposit and I charge interest for late payments.So far so good.

spot on steve was talking to a mitshubishi dealer earlier on and he was saying to me that they are trying very hard not to give cars away. massive discounts offered, and i think i would wait till jan, and would probably get 2 year old light use so i can mod as i please. best of luck

cheers guys the yellow colouring is very pale so is the pale white on the under side with the very tip going to a pale brown. Bad news for this ash on the side of a country road with a lean towards road on a small bank!

sat at home i nfront of a log fire while the rain came down oh. and i unblocked the drains, when my wife reminded me i said i would do it bank holiday monday,got drenched, at least it got me out of the house.

i agree fuel prices are going to cripple a lot of businesses, good thing we can get red for 56p a litr still , i wonder how long it will take to reach a pound. Sound car, very light, my wife had one had a collision with a mini at 30mph and wrote the thing off, great shame,i think they are making them a bit more solid and stedier inside.Seem to remember most bits of the interior fell off, but who cares if it gets you from a to b and more. good luck in finding in one.

have you got your Blackberry Steve ? I wish i had seen this thread earlier , been away. I have had the Pearl for 3 years now, gret phone, and emailing,trackball on blackberry can play up when it gets dirty, but that is easily sorted out. Carphonewarehouse are now doing great deals for blacberry,with unlimited internet access and emailing. Hari

Evening all I am looking to be pointed in the right direction as to what councils are looking for when they say to present them with my company portfolio, to go on their approved contractor list.I am assuming they want my tickets, insurance, work quality, financial backround, health a safety etc. Would any one be able to give me some pointers on this matter as all my work up to now has been private contracts. Many thanks in advance to all.
