  1. If it’s already in the soil what’s the point in treating stumps. If I can recall it wasn’t cheap as well.

  8. Haven’t read everything. but maybe Beech are the exception. they don’t have the dead bark that most trees have only sometimes at the bottom trunk.

  14. You could swing the branch back towards the stem and cut it from there. be careful working on dead trees and rigging. always use the safest method.
