sorry ed all council employees in the country have had to have there jobs and wages re assessed which is called single status all for equal rights and all that stuff obviosly wont be doing a lot tomorrow wages are garanteed for a period whilst they try to re work it but if anyone remembers my list of qualifications i wont be taking a pay cut ill be away

looked ok to me one word of warning watch out for it barber chairing and might be tempted to have saw on a seperate tool line i have done bigger and not had any probs other than it splitting up all cuts have there purpose imo

i meant when you can only use mewps i do believe they have ther place but one day they will try to enforce everyone must use mewps then i will give up

the only people that like my jensen are the dealers now that there is no waranty left and the chipper seems to like going on holiday to visit the dealers one big happy family

try using your capstan tie onto rowball with a little loop and can always undo rope no matter how much riving you do -
ifor the last part emergency work excludes you from driving hours and working hour probs but emergency work is always a grey area as the road could be closed or building evacuated but have worked all night too many times the worst was 102 hrs with 8 off and ended up poorly and doubt i would do it again

ive all the above but i have no desire to own a mewp but occasionally do hire them and always need a different one so would rather have the flexibility of hiring one the day i am made to use a mewp will be my last

we had the landrover winch welded to the landt but as you said they just cut front off and took bumpers and all gas axe all the way

sorry did not make it clear about 2 years ago i was going to dismantle an elm on the friday and it fell down on the thursday evening
