Top of the mornin to ya all!! Cheers Dean - Was seriously considering wrapping one up last night until I read that!! Still almost my third day without fags after nearly 20 years! - think I am doing alright - It is hard but having a good reason definately helps couldn;t do it otherwise... Guess the taste is vaguely like strawbs but not very strong at all...the consistency is really jelly/snotty as I am sure you know... Would love to sell it as Jam but not patient enough to pick out the seeds or get covered in that jammy goo...

How old is the re-growth from 6ft up? I don't really think there is an issue in reducing it back to there....Leave the sides for now if you are overly worried...and just fell the conifers unless they are providing a screen.

Yep I reckon it is just uneeded growth, Oaks always seem to throw out loads of tiny shoots much more than they need...
