  1. Rebellion in the house! Got some Aberdeen Angus thick rump steaks. Flashed the outside then 20mins in the oven. Right or wrong?
  2. I put a GreenMech Quadchip on a chassis for fork loading on to a type B railway trolley for Network Rail. They could either load with pallet forks or hydraulic crane.
  3. Seal, vest, test alone. Up too late from boxing day family stuff but only had less than a bottle of Jam Shed! Will have a decent lie in! Enjoy your day folks!
  4. Happy Boxing Day folks. Lunch with some more of her relatives - usually a long day.... Sister went to NZ on Xmas eve, to see one of her sons. Got there late yesterday- was odd to see progress on flight radar! Rum, Man, Debt, Incas, Study.

  10. Forest Park and Garden, Cardiff ways?
  11. Grinders are inherently prone to the oil levels being sloshed about and dry bits going bang! My lad does valve lash on 2000hp v8 every few runs - even been known to check it in a laybye halfway from Santa Pod to York! I used to do it every 8k miles on my RS2000!
  12. Can not sleep, gone into holiday mode whereby an afternoon snooze is usual, usually while a rugby match is on tv! Introduced my old folk to YouTube rugby union and they now watch matches from 2003 - brutal scrums, no wonder Dad lost his teeth etc! Tease, Trainer.
  13. Morning Team! Helmet looks good Steve, sorry to hear of the injury though. I'm told that if you get an health issue, The Raigmore is THE place to get sorted! Happy Friday folks! Enjoy the last one this year! Doug, pass on my best to Tom please, Win, Dose, Hill.
  14. The Vanguard engines need a plug in to see if there is a better tuning package released - and update, checking valve lash used to be done as a service item on many engines, especially performance units!
  15. Was going to say that there is a sheet for torque settings based on thread pitch/size and was beaten to it! There is also a thread about blade bolt torque and etiquette too!
  16. Seem to recall that there some 3k hours units still working on gennys etc stateside but these are running longer hours per session and are serviced by the book etc. Chippers are started, worked hard from then and switched off and likely to have sketchy servicing. The thing is supposed to be plugged in to laptop every time and tappet lash checked every time too!
