    I do 5 miles a day (walking as fast as I can on an incline) on my treadmill on the days I don't work. It takes 80 minutes and I HATE IT but I don't wanna die.

    I like a bit of friction, but not a lot. A pulley is just too frictionless for me to work off. Great for ascending, though!

    Cambium saver? Just use a ring and ring friction saver, muy bueno. I don't like pulleys, too little friction.
