  1. i struggle with religion..i was baptised at an age when it wasnt my desicion. religion is something to cling to..? discuss! i personally dont feel the need
  2. you could make something much cheaper. you probably could.....but could you gaurantee it.ie egnough to advertise it on the internet
  3. yeah there really good,isc sent some stuff down to try,and that krab was on of the things.it seems to align nicely,and seems easier to clip/unclip.much better than using a conventional krab on your lanyard imo.using that with one of iscs mini krabs and the art positioner is in my opinion the best lanyard setup ive tried
  4. il be getting a new lanyard and hopefully getting my isc krab with swivel spliced on...and many other fun new things
  5. never really found it a problem,saws usually travel in the back along with fuel,but if i have to stop somewhere i pop them behind the seats,
  6. ive got a single cab mazda,and theres plenty of space behind the seats,i can get a large ground saw,climbing saw,climbing and rigging kit,and other bits and pieces easily behind the seats.
  7. very true,i never thought of that.the problem is because it was a small job(only 3 hours) by halfway through i was allredy thinking about the next tree of the day and getting tidied up as quick as possible
  8. Some devious target planning there by Nod made for a good challenge. yeah the target at the top seemed like a right pain
  9. the money just wasnt in the job to pay for it(200),the spec was mainly to make safe as the la was worried about the dead wood over the road,the customer didnt even really want the work done.but was doing it to stop the la's health annd safety issues

  12. ver simple,very quick,almost pointless crown balance
  13. few pics from a job i did last week.2 thirds of which had to be lowered over a listed wall

  16. just picked up my new makita dcs7901 today.used the smaller model none stop for the last year and its brilliant.the small top handled saw is in my opinion totally useless
  17. after reading frans report and others i quite fancy the tree flex...then again i had an austria for a while and really rated it. also theres the kolibri that a few people are harping on about. the problem is i love my tree magic

  19. some gecko spikes.think its time my kliens went into retirement new sawpod with the fancy bits to stop the buckles twisting new natanoko new lowering rope, probably sensible quite fancy a new harrness
  20. looks like the perfect excuse for an arbtalk knees up
  21. campings good because it allows you to have a few beers without worrying,though 2 years ago it was mighty cold,slept with type cs on and just about every top i could find. shame about the agri college its really reasonably priced but i guess people have cottend on
