  1. starting a course in 2 weeks that will take me through till june,
  2. whats your point.im a freelance climber and bought the saw that was most suited to my job, ie easily runs a 30in bar and much lighter than its rivals
  3. with a bit of luck il be living in nz,going out for at least 6 months next june,hopefuuly that will be the beginning
  4. i cant reaaly fault it, il be interessted to see how its standing up after a years work.. it is really verhy light compared to other saws in the 80 to 90 cc range
  5. i reckon i must be the only person that likes the makita saws, bar lee.

  9. cat amongst the pigeons time...but makita 7901 with a 28in bar,great for felling and brilliant to climb with

  19. not me,i rarely use it.and i wouldnt of bothered with it for this job,but it was there to use if i wanted.most of my work is subbying anyway
  20. not sure.like i said in an earlier post ive just been asked to climb the job
  21. it certainly is,the work was through dial a digger and so he said the platform would be up there to use if i wanted
  22. bump, going back monday morning to fell it
