  1. The interesting thing is that Bandit do not sell the twin roller model anywhere else in the world...?
  2. put a cast bottom roller in.
  3. I got £175 last week. Ally is £620 Copper is £4200
  4. At £1000 a piece, not likely. It doesent seem to struggle, even on the very loose gravel up the tight slope.
  5. Very cool.

If your in the US, you cant beat a cup of joe...

    Good cup of tea?

Earl grey tea, must be made in a teapot first, small amount of milk, NO sugar.
  10. I was offered the UK dealership on those. Its for splitting lumps down for chipping. Very effective tool.
  11. Dontcha just love steampunk? [ame]http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=AGbI3Y1OWuQ[/ame]
  12. WALLY! WALLY! I c'n see tha pub from 'ere!
  13. I'll be really glad when MEWPS become compulsory, Because then I'll charge a fortune for climbing the Awkward trees. FTR, I would have climbed that birch no problem - NOT THAT I'M ADVOCATING IT - but I would have been happy to myself.
  14. We're not that bad. I may wear skull and crossbones braces, but I drink my earl grey tea from a china cup
  15. Its for Cemex quarry's. We'll be there for a few weeks yet. Pop over for a lid of tea. Were down the track opposite the tackeroo FC caravan park.
  16. This is what happens when you forget to put the brakes on as your loading. The centre joint has a lock activated by the brake. Would have been ok if there had'nt been an old ww11 tank hidey hole next to me. Good job the excavotor was handy...
  17. The extraction route is either up a very steep bank, or a windy little gully. The gully is best, as the whole trees can slide off if going up the bank...
  18. Been busy clearing birch off Cannock chase, about a mile away from the APF site. All the trees will be going for Biomass. The slopes dont look that bad in the pics, but believe me they are steep! We hand cut all the trees, and then the excavator drags them into tushes for the forwarder to collect. Nice site to be working on.
  19. You guys should run forestry machines. We leave little piddles everywhere. I've seen a saw motor hose go on a harvester, 90 litres of oil blown out in a few seconds. Good job we dont work on drives:D
  20. Very expensive. Save your penny's and buy a midi excavator instead, for more usefull

    New Haix boots

I tried a pair last week, it was the first pair of uncomfortable haix I've tried. Back to the pfanner boots for me...
  22. Dean, I can solve that problem for you easily. It wont be cheap, but 2 new feed motors (400cc) and a new pump will do the trick.
  23. Be very very carefull! that would rip the back end clear off the tractor, bear in mind you can make a tractor loop the loop on those spades, it'll be the top link that goes first. Nice Toy though, try working it in gently to make sure everything works. I reversed the forwarder into an old pond in the woods one day, the old boughton on a little DB890 snapped 2 cables before it pulled 18 tonnes of stuck forest machine out...
