Just because the DVLA say you dont need an extra license for this it doesnt mean its legaL VOSA, however, will not let you do this behind a Land Rover. One trailer cannot tow another. End of.

There is no reason why the WCL cannot be turned into a declaration the same as the WTL in my opinion. Also, in my opinion, a declassification should apply to any clean virgin arisings that are recycled into a product, therefore seperating the term "waste" from "recyclable". Perhaps the exemption could be called a "recyclable product carrier" Lol! Then, if you carry waste, you need to apply and pay for a WCL. If you only carry clean virgin arisings that are to be recycled, you need to apply for a free exemtion. However, an operator should still apply for a WCL if they are taking any virgin waste to landfill. I wonder if landfill sites should have a compulsary order on them to take down details of the operators WCL prior to tipping? I believe at present some ask for it, some dont. Feel free to comment.

IMHO, it would depend what type of pricing you are on. If you are hourly rate, it goes on the bill. If it was fixed price, this should have been quoted for, or not.

I know many will applaud this statement from the new PM, but unfortunately, those who live by "what are my entitlements" and "what can I take" are the staunt Labourites. They will take some converting, and i dont believe a co-illition(sp) between Lib and Con will convince them to do so!

I really dont have any great interest in politics, or care who is in office, as i believe they are all as bad as each other, BUT; As much i dislike Brown, i believe the hole was already dug by Blair, and any successor to him was DOOMED!
