  1. Yeah ok. For the price can't complain. Couple niggles, they don't seem to leave as nice a finish on small cuts as my usual Stihl chain, should arguably be using a silky for those sort of diameters though. File feels weird when sharpening, doesn't glide as smoothly as on Stihl. Wear itself seems ok though. I'd like to try one on my ground saws when they are available to see how it holds up....top handled saw very rarely gets blunt
  2. I may as well get in first [ame] [/ame]
  3. you may need cutting tools apparently for that one
  4. Its what you get used to at the end of the day. Personally I prefer 12"
  5. Nearly up to the 5k mark, just updated the total and we are now at £4920
  6. Stoptober never really worked out for me, but im back off them again now, 13 days in. Are the people who stopped in October still going strong?
  7. It can be done by anyone...the domain name belongs to you.
  8. http://Www.fasthosts.co.uk is who I use but there's loads of places to buy domains
  9. Before you settle on any name remember to check the url is available. That's the single biggest hurdle for most of my ideas as a rule
  10. Well heres the amazon link, obviously not much use yet. I'll add it to the first post though [ame=http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/098224603X/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=098224603X&linkCode=as2&tag=woodbook1-20&linkId=7Z6N4ZO3FZJVBEHN]WOOD! 11. ok, duh, I was thinking you meant as an attachment for the zigzag
  12. I enjoy succeeding and relish a challenge..if its hard going on the way that just makes it all the more rewarding.
  13. Perhaps a bit faddy, although I still do paleo on and off and use the kettlebells.
  14. I think I probably hit the 180 bpm's the first day, hence I took a funny turn. Have a heart rate monitor now so will be watching carefully. Was speaking to my osteopath today and he said I need to stick within 75% of my maximum heart rate, in my case thats about 144 bpm's. I was training at 160 last night and felt ok so will probably aim for somewhere in the middle(ish) at 150 bpm's
  15. They can be used on any tree just like a prussik. I install my ropeguide manually. Work best with 11.7mm rope. It will work with thicker but you will probably lose most if not all of the self tending benefits

  18. Nothing. Its supposed to sit straight on your bridge. Thats not to say you cant use a sling on it if you'd rather just straight pull from beneath the device
  19. I have a pulley saver, not used it much as I prefer the art ropeguide with the thick webbing sling rather than rope. I find it doesn't tend to get caught up quite so easily. Unfortunately I just retired my ropeguide for the new year amongst with a massive pile of other stuff so am back on the pulley saver again. I believe mine is the 4m one, overkill for most things but comes in handy when needed.
  20. Still a good week or so to buy tickets, keep those sales coming guys, some great prizes to be won
