  5. This is what some people do. We usually just ask the customer to use their power supply. No ones said no yet. Of course that hinges on you doing residential work though

  9. I Have one, its overkill for most trees but will certainly get you up there. You can adjust for smaller trees but takes experience and I didn't spend enough time using it to gage it very well. Was thinking about selling mine Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  12. I normally take a double wrap on the rope so the bight takes a bit of the strain off the krab if the lumps are starting to get on the heavier side.
  13. Same as you for bigger stuff, but for smaller stuff I mostly just use a steel krab. Frowned upon I know, but perfectly safe for small stuff IMO

  16. Thanks for sharing Reg. I have no real opinions on the hazards of loan working. I'm very much a crack on and get it done kinda guy. I would have less concern for my own safety though and more concern for some idiot deciding to walk into the drop zone. I assume you are picky what areas you do this in though! That camera angle is hideous though I have to say, hurt my eyes watching it, sorry!
