  1. Regarding the accountant, I’d get a second opinion on that one!
  2. This whole gdpr thing basically came to nothing in the end. Never heard of a single person prosecuted yet
  3. What you really need is a directory of sawmills ?
  4. She’s gone
  5. No Is the short answer. It’s low value wood and not good for much. Best bet is asking a friend if they want some free wood for their log burner
  6. So, anyone bought one yet?
  7. Is that because that’s what you put it down for as the price new to you? That’s probably fair enough in that case. Otherwise the more dodgy types amongst us would be buying chippers for 2k and have them conveniently disappear overnight
  8. You did ask me to edit it!
  9. Check some of the sponsors down the right hand side
  10. mmmm, wonder if that Cleopatra's is the same sort of establishment as the one in Ipswich ?
  11. Got a link to the one you’re on please?
  12. Positioned where exactly
  13. And they get this image how exactly?
  14. Original iPhone images should be, but will probably be better emailing them to avoid loss of quality
  15. if people can keep putting forward suggestions what they would like to see on this directory it would be very helpful. Also if anyone has any high quality images, I will be needing some!
  16. i'd be prepared to look at making a stand alone site for this if people were willing to pay a nominal fee of say £30 per year for a listing. I don't think many would though, and as already said earlier on in this thread theres not exactly a huge amount of you guys. Having everyones name on this thread is fair enough, but these topics to tend to get lost a little, and are generally harder to find for the average joe public looking for a local mill.
  17. Last method sounds good to me
  18. Did briefly see that on Facebook. Social media is pure evil. You should sue the person who started it all
  19. Sounds about right
  20. Nope, just picus
  21. That was mint
  22. point of leverage aside, i'm wondering if a base tie could potentially give a better pull, specially when using mechanical assistance. Reason being you are using double the amount of rope, thats a lot of extra energy stored up when under tension.
