I think I was looking at the Einhell range in Wickes today actually. Read a couple of bad reviews though on my phone while I was in the shop. I try not to take too much notice to reviews on the whole, but it does kinda put you off if you know no better. I will have another look at them.

He uses them professionally? Id imagine an angle grinder is more demanding than a drill, so if they got that right then hopefully the rest of the range is pretty good

Looking to buy a set of cordless power tools. Don't want to spend a fortune as they won't get used much. Looking at this range in b&q. Don’t forget that the stock that is still sitting there next year is going to lower in value. Obviously a lot of it will be too far gone to sell and in the worse case scenario you might have to skip it. I suggest you get yourself an account who is on the ball on such matters ?

One of my website clients specialise in flat roof repair and asbestos encapsulation. I thought they may be able to offer some advice so dropped them an email. 'As others have said I would look at getting a plastic version in the same profile, notably GRP it can then be painted a light grey to blend in. It’s a bit OTT in my opinion and accidents do happen so I feel for the guy there will also be as others have mentioned reclaimed where someone has taken them down in full sheets available on places like ebay.'

Lifting of the canopy will be better for the tree and long term probably will give you more light. Photos would help though
