Hi all

I've been subbing for a few year and have started getting offers of my own jobs, so it seems a natural progression to start doing my own work and get better money for them days. So first off my wife has built me a website, and i just thought i'd get some opinions on it. It's still being added to, but if any of you have and constructive criticism it'd be much appreciated.

Looks good only one point in the bit about you on the first page it says:

Tree care and surgeon services :)

A good idea when building a website or any kind of writing, adverts etc.. Is to get someone just to read it ( try someone not in the trade) as you could read it 100 times and still not see the mistakes

Looks impressive mate. Only think I could find wasn't your fault, it was in the client testimonials. "beach" tree instead of "beech".

Haha I know its anal but you did ask! :001_tongue:

You look like you'd be a fun guy to work with, and a great attitude. I'm in Rugby, and if you ever need a hand on a weekend or fancy going for a rec climb sometime I'm always happy to meet other guys in the trade.

On the home page, the LOLER bit

Is your climbing kit more than 6 months old? It is important that your kit is regularly check ED for damage, age, wear and tear. Looks very well laid out and professional.

My only gripe would be that on the home page the dark text on a dark background is very difficult to read. So the content is great and the other pages are fine but the home page wouldn't work for any older or partially sighted person.
