nope. its not registered until both crane and body are on as they both have to go on the v5.

I would say that's as a chassis cab, I don't care what your figures say, NO way will a 3.5t van with a crane, chip box , tool locker , men and kit have any payload left may be you just don't understand simple maths!

7000kg train weight on the daily. I would definitely go for at least the 170 horse if you towing a digger. Can't praise the auto box enough as well, all the tesco home delivery dailys come with them as standard as its cheaper in the long run than replacing clutches dealer told me with all the stop starting, not to mention easier on the driver.

 

Interesting what you say about auto gearbox as we have 2 older 3.5 ton Ivecos, the crewcab does not like towing our 2.2ton chipper and has gone though a couple of clutches.. I think you might be surprised what your legal payload isn't..
