The 4 mile walk to the beach at Sandwood Bay near Cape Wrath, pitch a tent, bit of supper and watch the sunset, tremendous, wonder how often they do the bombing runs?

A couple of guys I worked with done the Cape Wrath Trail a few months ago when the factory we worked in shut and we all got made redundant, another mate went camping up the West Coast on his 650 V Strom to re-supply them, he's currently in Morocco on the V Strom and heading back to Europe on an open ended camping trip.

I started treework :confused1::biggrin:

i was in aberfeldy most of this week it is mecca for beige , poor driving and old people generally gaffing about

I'm after silence and views on holidays, holiday for me is to be able to collect thoughts for my life goals and expansion.. Good walks see nature.. I think most company owners needs that environment to make good decisions leading to success

Get across to Orkney. To be fair, they are not big on trees there. (You can play "spot the tree" as there are a few hidden in back gardens and the remains of one in the middle of Kirkwall). There are a good number of megalithic sites, like the Ring of Brodgar and Skara Brae. WW2 features, such as the Italian Chapel (built by prisoners of war from a Nissan hut) and the defensive positions around Scapa Flow. There are ferries from Kirkwall to the other Islands... and the whisky is good.

On the mainland, you can lose a day in Edinburgh, and head slightly south from there to Rosslyn to visit the famous chapel. (you just need to ignore the Da Vinci code muppets there looking for something mystic).
