Sugoi 420 or ibuki - why mess around with a little saw when a bigger one can not just cut bigger timber, but reach further too.

Not fond of straight blades either, as they are ergonomically poor & much less efficient cutting above your shoulder height, or down below your waist.

I used to like the Natanoko until the 150 came out. Now I rarely use my silky on anything over 4", so the big silkys just feel clumsy. The little Tsurugi 210 is perfect. Compact on your harness, doesn't ever fall out, and has an aggressive cut which packs a punch for its size.

I've said this many times...Been using this model for 20+ years

Hand cutting perfection with the "Silky Nakanoto 60 straight 330"

I thought it was Natanoko? No?

Anyway I have the Natanoko just because it was the first one I ever bought. I have tried other peoples Zubats but still prefer the Natanoko.

I also have the Gomatro for cutting roots.

I would like to have the silky pocketboy for taking on walks, camping and suchlike.

+1. Been using them for years and they are great. I'm a leftie (hand rather than political) so my only issue is having the scabbard on my natural side or facing the wrong way.
