Wedding or stump grinding ?

Let me get this right. You had agreed to go to a wedding and you binned it off to go stump grinding?

 

Why not grind the stumps during the day and go to the evening?

 

I know you say you're right, but I guarantee you your fiance thinks you aren't. As others have said, if you're £5 away from losing your house then I take this back but when you're old and broken, you're not going to be looking back at your memories and thinking "I had a mint time stump grinding" You should be thinking about the times dancing with your fiance and drinking with your friends. Because I know if I pulled that, I wouldn't have either for very much longer.

Stefan you got off lightly from what I can tell. My misses would have probably kicked me out for a week after a stunt like this. Unless she sprung it on you last minute in which case other commitments must come first. But it sounds like this one was planned.

I work hard and long hours including weekends but I will always make time for the misses and the little'un otherwise I would not have these rocks in my life.

Don't take what you have for granted otherwise you will regret it.
