I remember from my rigging course. I'm not saying to rig it. If it can't be climbed or rigged and no access for mewp or crane. Fell and make good the damage.

 

When telling use a winch to direct it.

You could also put a winch with a side pull to keep it from going left or right depending on what is the bigger hazard.

 

If felling a small gob sounds good. With some plastic wedges so if the saw hits them you won't have to sharpen it.
