In the past I have shared my feelings with my customer and find that they invariably understand and give you loads of moral support - it helps on the day.

 

These are the occasions to play the H&S card and absolutely forbid them to come anywhere near the machinery. As for him trying to turn the chipper on I am not sure I could have been so cool.

Last time I was filmed I went and knoocked on the guy's door but he didn't answer - as usual it all came to nothing.

Good response my friend, we seem to come across complete twerps on an almost weekly basis. Neighbor from hell last week was lucky he caught my foreman on a good day or would have been lamped, and I had a customer from hell this morning.

Send a mate round annomisly and ask if he has any weed for sale. Make sure he records the conversion on a mobile.

If he says yes then "boom" go round and have a private word, in plane clothes and no work truck. Say sorry about the probl m with the dirty vehicle but don't take the piss out of me or I'll send this message to the old bill.
