New northern ireland Secretary

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/sep/07/karen-bradley-admits-not-understanding-northern-irish-politics

Quote

Karen Bradley has admitted that before becoming Northern Ireland secretary she was profoundly ignorant of the country’s political divisions and “slightly scared” of the place.

She said she was unaware that nationalists did not vote for unionists and that unionists did not vote for nationalists – the most elementary fact about Northern Ireland politics.

Perfect person for the job? ?

Don't get how you can be an MP & that ignorant?

Ok. Explain Dianne Abbot. :D

A totally pissed up night at the Student Union after a compelling lecture on the relative virtues of Marxism for the next generation, followed by a couple of monster phat ones at the Socialist Worker after party where the Free Palestine Massive laid down a challenge to the upper middle class radical lefties to hump the biggest minger they could find from the Black Panther / ANC crew.....

And the rest, as they say, is history!

Moral of the story:

Beer, recreational drugs, bravado and fundamentally flawed ideologies should always be kept in well secured, clearly labelled containers out of the reach of children and politicians.

(I’m just guessing there, but there simply is no other credible possibility)

Oh, I don't know, perhaps it would do Boris and JRM the power of good to let their hair down every now and then.

Hang on, Boris has been caught doing a couple of those things by his soon to be ex missus.

We are in full agreement Mr?!

The hazardous part of the cocktail mentioned above was ‘fundamentally flawed ideologies.’

Neither JRM nor BJ are thus afflicted ?
