You were saying you hadn't been to the Third World? So how do you know it's only the Governments that are corrupt?

I have been to the Third World and I can vouch that corruption is widespread is all walks of life and at all levels. But thanks for sharing your uniformed opinions ;)

Honestly, for someone to start telling everyone what corruption is like in the Third World while he has never been to the Third World is strange.

Honestly, you are a fcking idiot.

Yes exactly

None of that makes sense, culture and countries are not even in the same food group. Anyway, we will see, I doubt the far right will rise again, we saw what happened with Hitler. A lot of good men and women died fighting that philosophy lets  make sure it doesnt happen again. Im sure the good men and women that fight for our country will see to it.:thumbup1:

I think many of us here can see the problems Europe is going to have in the next few decades. However I don't think it's the rise of the right wing we have to worry about....

That's not what I meant....

All I meant was, given the unprecedented popular rise in support for AfD (could read, Le Pen, Trump, Brexit etc...) your statement seems tenuous at best...

The best cake!

You can't be wrong because it's your opinion.  I can, and do, disagree though.  The popular support for AfD in Germany is very closely associated (almost exclusively) with an anti - immigration protest vote - how does that have anything to do with UK?  I'd suggest it kind of mirrors the UK protest vote which was reflected in the UK EU referendum.

No, you meant I was an idiot because I didnt know all about every current affair that is going on atm.

Why do people think that anyone who voted out on brexit voted out for immigration and has a tenancy for the right wing?

I voted out on brexit.

ATM the are two groups of scared, paranoid and hating people, racists and religious non muslims.

Not wanting to be combative or disrespectful to you, but I find it a bit ironic that you disdainfully stereotype and group together all non Muslim "religious" people as scared, paranoid and hating.

You're very quick to get on Matelot's case, yet you are guilty of exactly the same thing you accuse him of doing!

You just direct your own prejudices and bigotry at a different group of people that's all. And, what's more you come across just as ignorant and hateful as any racist.

I'm not trying to insult you or provoke you, but I just thought I'd mention it.
Probably, face to face, and to your friends and family you're a good guy.
Who knows?

Not really, I dont at every opportunity blame religion for every wrong that goes on in the world. Is it not the duty of any religion to denounce other religions?

I would like to know how I am ignorant and hateful as any racist so please enlighten me. I have no time for religion but I dont hate all or any that pray to a God, there lies the difference, be that Allah or Ned Flanders.

Surely I have the right to denounce any or all religions?

Moving on before David locks the playground :D

The Brain drain, twas  of concern a few years ago and is back in the spotlight. .I wondered  if the combination of brexit and the new technologies alliances being forged with the Merikuns  will worsen the situation. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/jun/03/brexit-universities-academics-eu-rights

To be fair he did misread my quote, I didnt say or imply that all religious non muslims are haters etc, please read it as there is no hole to dig. Plus, I was expecting to be wiped out by planet X so I couldnt be bothered pointing it out.:)

But yes lets move on from this trash as it is getting boring.
