Didn't the Tory Party release 10s of thousands early? 1500 low risk prisoners is but a drop in the ocean compared to that.

Of course it is SP

1500 ?? Not like you to underestimate figures. I thought you’d be proud of Labour achieving records so early on.

85 Deaths a day in the UK from obesity related complications.

Imagine if that were shootings? Politicians would have banned staple guns by now.

Just goes to show how stupid we are and how little they really give about their constituents.

But back to the family on the couch, much more interesting really

Good idea, much better than the incessant droning on about Starmer.

There's more money in food. I's not optional for starters.

Number of people in prison in England and Wales has dropped by 2,188 in seven days, a fall of...

A record apparently 😂

Awesome, what  an achievement. Probably something similar to how they will quietly solve the illegal immigrants masquerading as asylum seeker situation.

apparently, some of those that were released are already back in jail

😂😂you and the team set the bar high with the years of complaints about the previous administration, Ive got a long way  to go  to catch up. Luckily I think we all know Starmer and  co will give plenty of material to work, decency he said, integrity he said, change he said 🤔yeah right.

Took far too long to get those animals locked up. CPS have a lot to answer for. For all the apologists on here are you seeing a trend??.

Immigrants - check

Muslims - check

Not white - check

A hint of Starmer - Check

Have you just cum, JohnsonD with this story?

Commenting on the story, this is the latest out of a lot of prosecutions and some serious jail time - deservedly - but "Took far too long for these animals to be locked up" is far far better than "rushed and botched the investigation, they got away with it". Noting that in cases of rape and sexual abuses there is often a massive time between the offence and prosecution - the victims often feel that they can't report it, nothing the police can do until they know of the offences. Without DNA (in historic cases) investigations and proof is harder.

I remember once, 2005 I think it was, my mother wanted to share a website with me. So she selected the whole website (not the URL), ctrl+c'd it, opened her Hotmail account, compose, and ctrl+v'd the whole website into the email, and sent it to me.

That's what seeing your screengrabs and the relative health and signal strength of your phone reminds me of.

Anyway, this is a piece of art I have titled "The News Through Dave's Screen".20240914_120613.thumb.jpg.d5d2328b14d36a4b98f7d22e2ee660ee.jpg
