If a dog bites a child we put it down. These people are far worse than dogs.

Rockall would make a good prison island for extremists, be a lot cheaper to run than Guantanamo too.

Timon.

And if anyone survives for more than a couple of months the UK gets a load of fishing and oil rights. Win win situation:thumbup1:

Until we tackle and irradicate the bad ideas that make these people do what they do we are just pissing in the wind. Locking people up might help a bit, but it won't solve the problem

Delusional people are killing us and will carry on killing us because their beloved fantastical holy texts tell them to do so. Unwavering belief in iron age stories written by savages really is the problem here. It is tempting (and perhaps natural) to focus on the people, but it's the ideologies- the bad ideas that are the cause of this madness.

Human civilisation will not truly prosper until religious faith is rejected in favour of reason.

We know so much better now. Humanity needs to move on.

Thanks! You can take that as true... If I had seen it, or been aware of it, I would have said so :thumbup1:

Now I do know about it, in so far as you have described it, I couldn't give a monkey's. It's semantics. Surely you are not seriously suggesting she wants to implement a holocaust style genocide as a "solution" or mitigation to the current islamist problem? Seriously, you're not are you??

Are you suggesting the words "final" and "solution" should be eradicated from the Oxford English dictionary just in case there could be some paranoid aversion to the use of the words for fear of a historic association of the phrase when the words are joined together.... Mark, please, you're bigger than that.

It is Katie Hopkins we are talking about!

In regards to the whole army on the streets thing.

I do not really see why the army are not utilized, for these sort of stationary armed security positions more often?. I mean half the time troops are just being paid to train, and well if they filled the standing around with guns waiting for **** to happen role (half of there job anyway), well then that would open up armed police and allow them to quickly respond to situations.

This is just my opinion, and if anybody can see any flaws in it I would be interested to hear

They love the prophet more than they love their own children. How do you reason with that?

Good evening VI, Long time no see.

Didn't Stalin try that?

Timon.

Hi Ti,

Stalin was an un-reasonable egotistical nut job before anything else. Probably not the man for the job!
