So far today you’ve called people on here, scum, wankers, liars, and stupid.

Yet seem shocked when someone basically says ‘suck it up’

Funny old thing the internet.

Mark I can usually get some sense from but that as you say “ suck it up”you have the money 🤷‍♂️  The others you mentioned 🤷‍♂️I stand by every single word in particular the liar part.
There’s none of that I’d not say face to face. I definitely don’t need the anonymity of the internet Mick.

Are you kidding Mark 🤷‍♂️

that has to be one of the stupidest statements you have ever made on here. So because according to you I can afford it I just take a huge hit financially move on and suck it up. House can’t be sold mark with that level of noise When I moved into that house  13 years ago there was no wind farms no 400kv lines etc and no indication there ever would be.

An utterly ridiculous comment. A good dose of that socialist greed and envy in that post it would seem.
Look at the post code ab53 Mark it’s a bloody rural farming area. Educate yourself ok, they are not harvesting anything from my area and it’s not energy rich. Honestly Mark I’m shocked at how stupid this comment is.

You seem to be in a similar situation as those people who had to sell up for HS2 because some planners thought it would be a good idea to build a pointless railway.  I'm sure none of them thought that a massive railway was going to be built when they bought their houses.

Believe me I have no envy of you or your situation and I'm not sure where you get the greed bit from.

The powers that be will displace anyone if it suits them

No problem with that

I’ll take full market value tomorrow. But they are not offering anything.
The part I couldn’t fathom was where you expected me to know 13 years ago what was gonna happen in tbe future.

Why won't they buy your house?

Nobody knows what's coming. Lithium mines in Weardale are currently displacing loads of people. Who knew lithium would be so valuable?

The process is in hand at the moment with environmental health etc involved as well as others.

It’s not an intrinsic human right that the value of property will always go up.

The value of investments can go down as well as up.

There’s always jeopardy.

It was never an investment Mick it was the end house hence the time and money that’s gone into it. The  value of the property has been massively adversely affected by the actions of SSEN nothing else . Give me full market value pre line upgrade and I’ll walk away 🤷‍♂️alternatively I suck it up and watch my family having to live with that crap.day in day out.  That I’m not prepared to do.

Yeah, it sucks when you make a life for yourself somewhere and then circumstances change, so you have to up sticks and move.

It’s not too bad

place I’ve got in mind is only a mile or so away. Thanks for your concern though, very unexpected.
