Not really missed, more it's a necessity of life. We might as well earn something even if we're only 7th but most of that is actual tech, the French will be mostly missiles or nuclear submarines.

 

The freed russian for a basketball player who went to Russia regularly and knew the rules is just a publicity stunt for uncle Joe. There is more deserving marines they should have released 1st.

They are going to do it regardless of what is said or done, what's the difference between a stick with a nail and a Exocet missile.

 

Both end up with the exact same outcome!.

 

The Germans even used piano wire in ww2!. I'm not saying war is good, but that's what mutually assured destruction limits.
