Maybe get an impact block instead of a pulley, impact block is designed for shock loading and has a bush instead of a bearing. I could be wrong but that's what I was taught, to always use an impact block at the top anchor and pulleys for redirects.

Plus one for the ISC 100kn pulley. I'm finding the Yale orange rigging rope to be pretty versatile (sorry not sure of mm without looking it up!!).

Are you looking on FR Jones website? They do a complete rigging kit with the pulley and rope I just mentioned. It also has a better friction device and its prob not far off the price you've got so far. Check it out

90% of our rigging can be done with a swing cheek pulley, 12mm line and capstan. £250

The big stuff doesn't come out that often.

A light setup like that is seriously tough (if you have decent ground lads) and will handle anything but big stem rigging.

Second that. But I would also add it's nice to be prepared for any situation.

Isn't your rope a bit over-spec'd for the lowering device and pulley?

I'd go for the Stein RC1000. ICS Small impact block and 12mm Sirius.

That's 3500kg mbs for the rope, 2000kg mbs for the pulley and 1000kg wll on the RC-1000.

total price from Honey Bros, £244.80 if you take a 30m rope.
