New tractor added to replace the T162 after it unfortunately turned into a lemon and started costing way to much in breakdown repairs and lost time
Should be interesting putting this to work and hopefully finding a way to utilize the reverse drive.

That’s a mega looking tractor - I know nothing about Valtras though. What is it?

It's a T214 direct so 230hp with the smothest auto gearbox I've ever used.
Has reverse drive which is really strange to start with but haven't had much time to play with that yet.
Long term we might go for a jake plate mounted crane but who knows, for now it's going to be hauling the Merlo and chipper trailer.

Valtra cvt is amazing. Reverse drive opens up a new world of working options. Jake crane would work really well on it.

Definitely a big learning curve on how to get the best out of all the options, got a whole heap of functions that we will probably never need but a load that definitely will make life easier.

My advice is to set up some cvt profiles for doing different things. Have say green as road blue as forwarding etc so you can keep all your setting for different things

 

Oh and have one of the spool flows slow so you don't nearly put the ram of your ancient trailer through the floor when you send 200l/m to the valve to tip it.
