Cant switch off

I do it all the time, the girlfriend used to moan at me for it, now she joins in and often sees things before I do, especially driving down the road!

If you can't switch off it's probably faulty wiring, just flick the choke back on

I am able to switch off on friday at the end of the working week as far as work is concerned but live and breath the Arb life!

As soon as you switch off something else pops into your head. A couple of years ago, Xmas eve 10:30pm just got into bed and my brain decided to remind me about some ivy I said I'd pick up for a customer two weeks beforehand!

I uses to be terrible always thinking about work, planing jobs in my head, looking at every tree thinking about how I would tackle it, I real could not switch off, but after more than 20 years l now find its hard to switch on, there are so many other things I rather be doing.

Had the same problem historically, my collie still has...

 

Focus on Good Food, Partner's, Family, collect something , read or try expanding life , try experiences & knowledge etc,etc. Takes time & practice, but it mostly seems to work in the end...
