My daily average is 9164 according to iPhone. Not too bad for an office worker?

9000 - 10000 most days but did over 18000 on Sunday as my sister had the bright idea that we should visit all the sites on the London Monopoly board ! Took us 9hrs with lunch breaks, 9miles walking as well as public transport.

I'm trying to lose weight and use an app called Myfitnesspal. It uses my phone to work out how far I have walked and adds some calories to my daily allowance accordingly.

 

A day spent bouncing around on my old MF35 and it thinks I have run a few marathons and rewards me with the equivalent of an extra KFC family bucket.

I have one on my phone but it is very inacurrate, if you vibrate the phone your in running mode so I don't bother with this one but yours is probably a lot more accurate if it's a dedicated device.

I forgot to mention that the device I was using is a tag strapped to your wrist so very accurate has it monitors your Pulse , also it downloads via Bluetooth to my Phone.
