Best gloves?

For climbing I use cheap n cheerful fingerless weight lifting type gloves & for ground work, a decent pair of riggers gloves or something more grippy if the stuff I'm handling wet/slimy.

 

Just a curiosity really, what are others using?

For climbing I use cheap rubber ones with the fingers cut off. For general groundwork either bare hands or rubber type gloves. For rigging (running ropes on the ground)I use an old pair of Gill fingerless leather gloves, they give excellent feel and enable ropes to run, unlike the rubber ones.

Towa Activegrip Advance gloves

 

These are the daddies for climbing. The grip takes ages to wear out, you can wash them and in winter you can whack some of these underneath..
